Join us in the GYM (bring a blanket to spread out on) for a showing of Kpop Demon Hunters! Food Trucks and popcorn will be sold. Movie Starts at 6pm in the Gym. Free Entry. Food trucks open at 5pm.

International Week

Staff Appreciation Fundraiser
Please Pledge $5 per Teacher and Submit a Special Note of thanks during our Staff Appreciation Fundraiser. We will provide a special meal and snacks throughout the upcoming Staff Appreciation Week.
Staff Appreciation Week - First week of May
PTA, and other campus groups, will treat our staff members to special suprises, treats and lunches during this week of thanks!
8th Grade Celebration - Last Day of School
Last Day of School Pizza Lunch provided for 8th graders. 8th grade parents can arrive early to pickup and find a spot as we "Clap-Out" our 8th graders!

What does the Board do? Here is a suggested roadmap for a smooth year. It takes a village!
July: Outgoing treasurer completes notebook of financial records for outgoing auditor. Incoming board meets to fill any required vacant positions. Update online membership system and get all board members access to accounts & training. Update check signers with bank. Payment due for website & accounting software.
August: Prepare for Hawk Walk. Promote Memberships, Reflections Art Contest and Auction Donations. Ask for food donations for Teacher Welcome Back Breakfast. Schedule spirit sign for first day of school.
September: Create Budget and Calendar for first General Meeting. Schedule Restaurant nights. Provide pizza for teachers at Back to school night.
October: Collect Art Contest submissions and present to Judges for judging. Payment due for Insurance and Council dues.
November: Hold 2nd General Meeting, adopt audit, and Continue collecting Auction Donations. Book performer for International Week. Taxes Due Nov 15th. Prep for movie night, get license if needed.
December: Launch and promote online auction. Schedule spirit sign for first day in january. ask for food donations for Teacher holiday lunch.
January: Hold 3rd General Meeting, electing nominating committee. Provide pizza for teachers at Showcase. Schedule restaurant nights. Treasurer completes notebook of financial records for auditor.
February: Post Online Application & survey for next years board. nominating committee meets.
March: Hold 4th General Meeting, including elections of next years board. select budget committee.
April: Begin Staff Appreciation fundraiser and plan Staff Appreciation week. Budget committee meets.
May: Hold 5th General Meeting, adopt audit, release funds for summer. Staff Appreciation Week. Prepare for last day of school 8th grade lunch and clap-out.
June: Relax!
